IMU’s Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Food Science Innovation is a future-ready programme developed in collaboration with the food industry, combining academic learning with a full year of real-world experience through the 2U1i work-based learning model. Rooted in the values of S.I.H.A.T. (Sustainable, Innovative, Healthy, Affordable, Tasty), the programme encourages students to design smart, nutritious, and sustainable food solutions. With IMU’s strong healthcare background, students also explore the vital connection between food, health, and the environment. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in the food industry or entrepreneurship, equipped with the skills and confidence to drive innovation in healthy living.
