Our Foundation in Arts (Actuarial Science/Built Environment) programme provides a strong and well-rounded pathway for students intending to pursue degree studies in Actuarial Science or Built Environment disciplines. Students develop essential academic skills in mathematics, statistics, basic computing and interdisciplinary fundamentals, alongside subjects tailored to their chosen field.

Guided by experienced academics and industry professionals, students build critical thinking, problem-solving and effective study skills through innovative learning approaches. Supported by strong partnerships with industry, the programme offers early exposure through community or industry-based projects, mentorship and professional engagement.

This foundation ensures a smooth transition into degree programmes such as Actuarial Science, Architecture, Interior Architecture or Quantity Surveying.
