Entry Requirements
A second-class honours degree (2:2) or international equivalent in a relevant subject.
Non-UK qualifications will be assessed to ensure equivalency.
Applicants must hold a degree from a recognised university.
Students from all academic backgrounds are welcome, though some programmes may require prior qualifications in related fields.
Creative Writing Requirement
Applicants must submit a sample of their written work.
Full submission guidelines will be provided by the university after the application is received.
Interview
Some applicants may be invited to attend an interview as part of the admissions process, if further evaluation is required.
English Language Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency standards:
IELTS (Academic): Overall score of 6.5, with no less than 6.0 in each component.
TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 90, with minimum scores of 19 in Writing and Listening, 20 in Reading, and 22 in Speaking.
PTE (Academic): Overall score of 71, with no less than 65 in each component.
MUET: Minimum of Band 4.5.
Additional notes:
IELTS One Skill Retake is accepted.
IELTS Academic Online, TOEFL iBT Home Edition, and PTE Academic Online are not accepted.
IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE test results must be less than two years old.
MUET results are valid for five years from the date of release.
