The Diploma in Nursing at UOW Malaysia College (Selangor campus) equips students with the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become caring and competent nurses. This program prepares students to face the challenges of the healthcare industry, covering nursing, health, and behavioral sciences.
Students will gain practical experience through a combination of classroom learning, laboratory work, and clinical placements, including opportunities in community and mental health care. Throughout their education, they will be guided by experienced lecturers and clinical instructors, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
Graduates of the Diploma in Nursing will be able to:
- Deliver patient-focused nursing care customized to individual needs.
- Effectively plan and provide therapeutic care for people, families, and communities.
- Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practices to make informed clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan, execute, and evaluate patient care.

SPM / GCE O-Levels: Min. 5 Credits inclusive of a Credit in Bahasa Melayu, Mathematics (Elementary or Additional or Modern); either one (1) Credit in Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Applied Science; Credit in two (2) other subjects
UEC: Min. 5 Credits inclusive of a Credit in English, Mathematics, Science/Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Applied Science
English Requirements:
