نعم، نحن نتعامل حصرياً مع الجامعات الماليزية (الحكومية والخاصة) والمعاهد المعترف بها والمعتمدة من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي الماليزية (MQA). كما نوجه الطالب للجامعات المدرجة ضمن قوائم الاعتراف والابتعاث الخاصة بوزارة التعليم في بلده لضمان معادلة الشهادة مستقبلاً.
نعم، توفر الشركة لطلابها إمكانية التقديم على المنح الجزئية والخصومات الحصرية التي توفرها الجامعات الماليزية الخاصة للطلاب الدوليين، كما نساعد في مراجعة الملف الأكاديمي للطالب لتعزيز فرص حصوله على هذه التخفيضات.
في حال حدوث أي مستجدات، يتم التعامل معها بمرونة عالية:
تعديل الرغبة: يمكن تعديل التخصص أو الجامعة قبل صدور موافقة التأشيرة الرسمية (تطبق شروط الجامعة).
رفض التأشيرة: في الحالات النادرة للرفض، يقوم فريقنا القانوني والأكاديمي بمراجعة أسباب الرفض مع هيئة الـ EMGS لتقديم استئناف، أو استرداد الرسوم القابلة للاسترجاع حسب سياسة الجامعة.
خدماتنا لا تنتهي بمجرد قبول الطالب؛ نحن نوفر خط دعم ومتابعة مستمرة طوال فترة الدراسة (تشمل المساعدة الإرشادية، الدعم عند تجديد الإقامة السنوية، والتدخل لحل أي مشكلات أكاديمية أو سكنية قد تواجه الطالب خلال تواجده في ماليزيا).
